Hello members,

I am calling for a special meeting in order for us to appoint our new secretary. This will be exactly 15 days from this notice, as required in our bylaws, on November 8th, 2021 at 730pm. Kari Pruse will need majority approval from the board.

This will be a brief special meeting. No other business will be discussed.
